Credentials
The qualifications matter - but only because they let me coach you safely. KB Movement is exercise support, not medical care; for diagnosis or treatment, your GP and physio remain the right people to speak to.

Working alongside GPs and clinicians to support people with long-term conditions - knee and hip osteoarthritis, joint pain, low confidence.
Specialist work
Level 4 specialisms in cardiac rehabilitation and cancer & exercise - coaching people through some of the toughest moments in their health.

14+ years of experience distilled into beginner-friendly programmes for adults who want to feel safe, strong and confident in their movement again.
A bit about me

Semi-retired footballer. The game taught me how bodies move under pressure - and how much good coaching can shape what feels possible.
Games Maker, London 2012. One of the proudest summers of my life - and a reminder that sport is for everyone, at every level.
